Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
This is included in the warranty:
✔ Production and material defects – If the product does not function correctly due to manufacturing defects, we will fix the problem.
✔ Repair or replacement – Defective parts will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period.
✔ Spare parts – Should something break, we will help you find suitable spare parts for a quick solution. -
Returns
You have 30 days to return the item from the date of receipt.
For a return to be approved, the product must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery within the EU
We offer free shipping within the EU on orders over SEK 9,000.
Other orders within the EU
From SEK 99 - 495
Orders outside the EU
Prices vary depending on the country, ranging from SEK 149 - 2,495.

Your order will be shipped from our central warehouse in Skåne. -
Delivery Outside EU
Customs duties and import fees
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are usually subject to customs duties, taxes, administrative fees, or other import costs in accordance with the regulations of the receiving country.
These costs are paid by the customer.
If a country/currency outside the EU is selected, prices for all products are shown exclusive of the above-mentioned fees.
We have no control over these fees and can therefore not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred upon import. -
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other import requirements, these fees will not be refunded.
We are currently VAT-registered in Sweden and aim to also be VAT-registered in more countries soon to offer our customers the smoothest possible conditions.
Business Purchases
Businesses can register their purchase in the shopping cart by entering their VAT identification number (VAT ID).
When a valid VAT ID is entered, the order is treated as a business purchase.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is only valid for normal use according to our user guide.
Wear and tear, weather exposure, overloading, incorrect fuel, or negligence are not covered.
In the event of an approved warranty claim, repair will be offered as the primary solution.
Safety Responsibility
The user is responsible for the correct handling of the product.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages arising from improper use, modifications, or lack of maintenance.
It is the user's responsibility to follow the safety instructions included in the user guide.
